Working note8 minRules that end accounts

Daily loss and maximum loss are two different tests

You can pass the day and fail the account, or get flattened for the session and still be in the evaluation.

A daily loss limit answers ‘how much can today cost’. A maximum loss answers ‘how far can the account fall before it is over’. Firms mix them, rename them, and sometimes make the daily line a pause rather than a fail. Reading only one number understates the product.
