What this desk does, and what it refuses to do.

PropChallenger compares prop-trading challenge products. It does not place trades, hold funds, pass challenges, or decide whether a firm will pay you.

A nominal account balance is a number inside a programme. It is not customer-owned capital and it is not freely withdrawable. Past results, where a firm publishes them, do not guarantee future results. This desk does not publish performance claims of its own.

A strong documented fit means every requirement you set is covered by a reviewed rule and none of those rules conflict. Missing or conditional evidence stays in Important unknowns and is never treated as permission. Stale reviews and listed evidence gaps become a partial fit. Referral status, sponsorship and commission are not inputs.

Hard exclusions are used only when a reviewed rule conflicts with a requirement you set: a prohibited country, a price above your budget in the same currency, a platform you required, a holding or automation rule that is explicitly disallowed. Conditional and missing rules go to “needs clarification”. The finder will not relax a requirement unless you press the control that says so.

Verification of a passage is not a judgement of solvency, safety, or payment. There is no firm safety score.

Evidence labels

• Company-stated. The firm said it. We have not independently checked it.
• Source reviewed. An editor read a source and stored the passage.
• Independently corroborated. A second kind of source agrees. This set does not claim that lightly.
• Unresolved conflict. Two sources disagree. Both stay visible.
• Not found. We looked and did not find it. That is not permission.
• Stale. The review is older than its window. It is not described as live.
• Not applicable. The question does not fit this programme. It is not a yes.

Money

Fees are stored as decimal text and added in minor units. Different currencies are not silently combined. A refund is subtracted only in a scenario you select.

Commercial relationships

Referral status is not an input to matching or to the default sort. Sponsored placements, if they ever exist, have to be labelled and kept out of the organic order. This build does not invent a partner.

Corrections are queued for a person. They do not change a published rule by themselves.
