A forex challenge and a futures combine are not the same product

Percent of a simulated balance versus a dollar floor and a contract cap. The session clock is part of the rule.

Forex and CFD evaluations are usually written in percentages of a nominal balance, on platforms built to hold positions for days. Futures evaluations are usually written in dollars and contracts, on platforms that assume you are flat by a published halt. Using one firm’s percentage to describe the other is how comparison tables lie without a single wrong digit.

A trader who is good at holding a swing on spot FX is not looking at a milder version of a combine. The permissions are a different product. So are the hours.
